The Phoenix Project provide also provide an outreach service for those wanting support based within the community or their own homes.

This is a flexible service which is tailored to what the individual needs. We can offer support with developing independent living skills, community engagement and activities promoting health and wellbeing. For example, our support could include, accompaniment for appointments, clubs or social groups, travel training and money management, shopping, cooking and cleaning and enabling access to education or training.
Whether people need an hour a week or a few hours a day, we will work with them to get the most out of this support, we can create a bespoke plan with them and their families to achieve their aims.
The Phoenix Project is not currently registered with CQC and therefore is unable to provide personal care in the home.

Prices from 1st April 2026

Individualised support in the community is charged at £22.10 per hour.
